To request ARB approval for property modifications, including new builds,  please review the ARB Design Guidelines first.   Then complete the form below to open the initial request and create a project request number.  Once your initial request has been accepted, you can submit additional forms and documents and they will be linked under one request number.  You will be able to attach attach additional documents and forms, like relevant plan documents and photos.
If an ARB Review Board meeting is required for approval of your plans, the POA Business Manager will contact you to schedule the review meeting.  ARB Review Meetings typically occur once per month.
